PRE-TRIP INFORMATION – TURKISH LYCIAN COAST – TURKEY
Dear swimmer!

Meeting Time-Place:
18.30 on the 1st day of the trip at the Maki hotel lobby. Both Maki and Narr Twin hotels are close to each other and they belong to the same owner. If you arrive late please let us know and we will leave you our welcome pack at the reception. The next day’s short first swim is usually at 8.00 am with the meeting in front of the hotel. All breakfasts are served at the Maki Hotel.
Finish Time-Place:
The last day of the trip at 10.00 am in Kas.

1) Shuttle Bus Service Dalaman airport – Kas (and return)
It runs about every 2-3 hours during summertime from Dalaman airport to Kas town (and return) and you can book it online at https://www.transferkas.com/ (click on EN tab and then below Buy Shuttle Ticket, see PDF for info). The cost per person is 600 TL (Turkish Lira) – 18 Euro. The shuttle team member shall wait for you and others outside the airport terminal with a Shuttle Transfer Dalaman Airport board (Dalaman – Kas & Dalaman – Kalkan trip).

2) Private car transfer options from Dalaman or Antalya airports
You can contact our local partner transfer company in Kaş (Deniz Rent a Car Kaş) and they will send a car/van to pick you up. The driver will wait for you at the arrivals with a name board in hand. The rate for this service is 80 Gbp per car (up to 4 persons) from Dalaman airport and 95 Gbp (up to 4 persons) per car from Antalya airport. If there are 5 or more guests please email the company directly to arrange a larger van. Service is paid on location in Turkish Liras, Euro, Usd or Gbp.

c) Have some pocket money in Turkish Lira for evening meals. Most restaurants in Kas also take cards. ATMs are available in most places in Turkey including Kas town.
d) Items to bring: All you need for swimming plus your Own Water Bottle clearly marked with YOUR NAME on it for water breaks. We have for you complimentary silicone swim caps and Turkish cotton towels.
