2) Methods of Payment
The easiest way is to pay via our online secure booking system. At the time of booking, you must either pay (i) the total published holiday price or (ii) a deposit of 20% (30% for Swim and Sail Trips) of the published holiday price, with the balance of the published holiday price payable 60 days (90 days for Swim and Sail Trips) before the start of your holiday. For all bookings made less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, you must pay the published holiday price at the time of booking.
We accept the following credit/debit cards for all bookings: American Express, Visa, Visa-Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Activa. Please note that all payments made on a credit or debit card (whether deposits, part payments or final balances) will be subject to a 2.00 % (USA tours) and 2.00% (European tours) surcharge. Once payment has been received and processed, your booking is confirmed and we will send our email booking confirmation to you.
You may pay the balance of the published holiday price, payable 60 days before the start of your holiday, by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Full details will be provided on your payment request.
My payment has been rejected by your payment gateway terminal. What can I do and can you help me?
We outsource our payment gateway and it should work uninterrupted at all times. It does happen sometimes that your card gets rejected and you contact us if we can help. Usually, this happens due to flagged or suspicious card activity which causes rejected transactions. In such cases, please first contact your issuing card provider and explain to them that you are trying to pay for a swimming holiday (vacation) online at www.strel-swimming.com. We are a verified merchant for several years and receive payments from worldwide customers. At most times your card is rejected due to a security Denied by Risk parameter which does not allow you to pay such transactions online, or you may have exceeded your monthly limit.
b) Bank transfer
You may pay the deposit or full published holiday price by bank transfer. Paying by bank transfer saves you 2% credit card online fee. We advise you on how to best pay via this option to save you some money (in some cases you can also use your debit/credit card). Please make a reservation at our website (no credit card payment at the end). At the last step of booking please select the second option – bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email and then we will contact you on how to pay.
c) Sending a check (cheque)
You may pay the deposit or full published holiday price by sending a check to one of our offices at:

Please include which trip you are booking and your contact information (email, phone), so we can get in touch with you. Once we clear your check, we will send you an electronic confirmation and other trip info.

3) Payment Gateway
All online booking payments and transactions are made via secure payment gateways (USA and UK – Authorize.Net provider) and settled at our partners banks, Chase Bank in the USA and Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom. We do not store any credit or debit card information, all the transactions are done via our partner’s payment gateway. To make a payment you will be redirected to our Payment Gateway which is a secure website (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) dedicated to our booking system.
