1) Booking Details

Once you book our trip you will receive the following:
– Booking (Order) Confirmation Email
– Your personal details entered
– Trip and Travel Information
– Travel Insurance Requirements

2) Methods of Payment

a) Online
The easiest way is to pay via our online secure booking system. At the time of booking, you must either pay (i) the total published holiday price or (ii) a deposit of 20% or 30% of the published holiday price, with the balance of the published holiday price payable 60 days (90 days for Groups and Swim & Sail Trips) before the start of your holiday. For all bookings made less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, you must pay the published holiday price at the time of booking.

We accept the following credit/debit cards for all bookings: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay. Please note that we do not store your full card details as payment is done via our third-party payment gateway provider. Once payment has been received and processed, your booking is confirmed and we will send our email booking confirmation to you.

Stripe-Payment-Gateway

You may pay the balance of the published holiday price, payable 60 days (90 days for Swim-Sail trips) before the start of your holiday, by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. The details will be sent on your email with both options available in your account on our website.

Secure Card Processing
We use secure payment gateway to process our booking payments. They are a global trusted name in the online payment industry.  Our gateway provide multi-currency processing options, so we can process our bookings in several currencies (USD, EUR, GBP).

My payment has been declined by your payment gateway terminal. What can I do and can you help me?
We outsource our payment gateway and it should work uninterrupted at all times. It does happen sometimes that your card gets rejected (declined) and you may contact us if we can help. Usually, this happens due to flagged or suspicious card activity which causes rejected transactions. In such cases, please first contact your issuing card provider and explain to them that you are trying to pay for a swimming holiday trip online at www.strel-swimming.com. We are a verified merchant for several years and receive payments from worldwide customers. At most times your card is rejected due to security Denied by Risk parameter which does not allow you to pay such transactions online, or you may have exceeded your monthly limit. A phone call to your bank will usually sort this out quickly.

b) Bank transfer
You may pay the deposit, balance or full published holiday price by bank transfer.  We advise you on email on how to best pay via this option to save you some money (in some cases you can also use your debit/credit card). Please make a reservation at our website (no credit card payment at the end). At the last step of booking please select the bank transfer option. You will receive a confirmation email and then we will contact you on how to pay.

We have multi-currency accounts available in several currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CHF.

Starting in January 2021 our additional EURO bank account is available in Belgium (EU) for those sending payments (bank transfer) from EURO zone.

c) Sending a check (cheque)
We are sorry, but we no longer accept check payments.
