Swimming-In-Turkey-Article-Wall-Street-Journal

American writer and open water swimmer Kathleen Hughes traveled to Turkey during October 2020 to experience our swimming vacation trip in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.

The Wall Street Journal has published the feature article about her first-hand experience of what it takes to travel from California to Southern Turkey during lockdown to join a swimming trip.

A quote from the piece:

“The next day we braved the “five island swim,” swimming in a horseshoe pattern around five islands, hugging the inner shoreline of each island, and then crossing the deeper bright blue water to get to the next. The guides followed us closely in the two dinghies, tossing out water bottles and watching for boats.”
